Today in class I learnt to make healthy sandwich using pita pockets.
We had the choice of grated carrot ,lettuce, cooked Chicken, mashed boiled egg with mayo pita pocket, feta, cheese
Tomateoand kewpie mayonnaise.There was halloumi for those who can’t eat meat. People had choices their filling. We thought
it was yummy. Miss Lowans heated the pita pockets in air fryer.It was yummy. When i get home I will make some at home.
